Our Euclid, Ohio facility produces critical metals and high-performance neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) & Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) magnets materials and magnets for US Protected Markets including contract works for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), US DoE’s AMES National Laboratory (AMES) and companies in the US REE industry. REalloys acquired in March 2025 PMT Critical Metals Inc., the Euclid facility has advanced metallization & alloy capabilities, IP, know how, key strategic & industry contracts. Operational since 1997, it is a cornerstone in REalloys’ integrated, demand-driven, North American Rare Earth Element-to-magnet supply chain, supplying magnet materials, magnets & alloy solutions essential to defense, aerospace, & national infrastructure.
We are leveraging cutting-edge separation processing technology to refine rare earth element concentrates and recycled magnet materials into oxides & metals. With a signed MOU with a state-of-the-art midstream separation facility, we will establish a clean, efficient, and scalable process that meets the needs of US Protected Markets.
REalloys sources Rare Earth Elements for its integrated supply chain from multiple strategic streams, including its wholly owned Hoidas Lake Rare Earth Elements Project (“HLREE Project”) in Saskatchewan, Canada, an operating mine, and recycled magnet materials. The HLREE Project is a key development asset that supports North American supply chain independence, with an S-K 1300 technical report confirming significant measured and indicated resources of both heavy and light rare earth elements—critical to defense, energy, and advanced technology applications. This diversified sourcing strategy ensures strategic redundancy and a secure upstream and midstream supply for our Euclid Facility.
